WWE superstar Seth Rollins has reportedly landed a new ESPN contract while continuing his successful wrestling career. Apart from appearing in exciting WWE matches, he will make appearances on several ESPN shows related to sporting events. According to the Sports Business Journal, WWE star Seth Rollins has a separate contract with ESPN for appearances on the network for a limited number of appearances on shows like Good Morning Football, First Take, Get Up, and SportsCenter . It will indeed be interesting to witness Rollins in an entirely new role as a sports media expert, apart from his wrestling skills.

From now, Rollins will not only be seen inside the WWE ring, but also make appearances on several ESPN shows related to sporting events.




According to the Sports Business Journal, WWE star Seth Rollins has a separate contract with ESPN for appearances on the network for a limited number of appearances that includes Good Morning Football, First Take, Get Up, and SportsCenter. This is not the first time he will be appearing on the shows, he also made sports media appearances on the NFL Network and Netflix.




As per reports, Rollins was a part of Netflix’s 2025 NFL Christmas Day broadcast between the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings and worked as a commentator in one of the live events. Despite expanding his presence in sports media, Rollins has no plans to step away from WWE, though he has only three years remaining on his current WWE contract and has expressed his desire to continue wrestling for as long as he feels he can contribute to the company.









Speaking about the contract, Seth Rollins added, “Right now, I’ve got three years left on my WWE contract. I’ll be 43 when that’s up. I want to be with WWE as long as I can continue to contribute and feel I’m helping the product, as opposed to taking up space that could be better utilized for younger talent. When it comes to the sports media side of it, what I will not do is say I’m stopping wrestling and now I’m doing sports media."




He further added, "I want to continue at this game in WWE while also continuing to field offers [in sports media] and see where that goes. Right now, I’m very happy where I’m at and that I get to do both.” (source: Sports Business Journal).




Meanwhile, the new ESPN agreement comes as WWE and ESPN continue their major media partnership, worth $1.625 billion for five years, with WWE to air major premium live events, including WrestleMania and SummerSlam . However, Rollins’ news signed contract gives him an opportunity to expand his profile in mainstream sports media while remaining under contract with WWE.
