Biometric Security: In this system only your Aadhaar number and your fingerprint are used to transact money. These 4 main facilities are available: Through AEPS, you can not only withdraw cash, but you can also do important tasks like depositing money in the bank account, checking account balance and taking out mini statement in a jiffy. Most important condition: You can avail this banking facility only when your Aadhar card is completely linked and active with your respective bank account. Step-by-Step Process to Withdraw Cash from Aadhaar Card If you want to withdraw cash without an ATM card, follow the simple steps given below: Meet a Business Correspondent (BC) Agent: First of all, go to the authorized banking representative of any bank near you i.e. BC Agent. These agents are usually found in small kirana shops, customer service centers (CSP) or mini branches of banks with micro-ATM machines near you. Enter Aadhaar Number: Tell the agent your 12 digit Aadhaar number, which he will feed into his swipe or micro-ATM machine. Biometric Verification: Place your thumb or finger on the fingerprint scanner attached to the machine to securely verify your identity. Select Service: Select ‘Cash Withdrawal’ from the options given on the machine screen. Enter the amount: Enter the amount of cash you want to withdraw from your account. Receive cash: As soon as your fingerprint is verified with the bank’s servers, the transaction will be successful and the agent will hand over your cash to you.
