When will the auction take place and when to apply?

According to media reports, this auction will be held on July 17. For this you can apply both online and offline. If you want to apply online, it can be done through the website. Whereas, for offline applications, the same will be collected and submitted from RDC, Rajnagar branch of HDFC Bank. According to GDA officials, the previous property auction had received good support from the people. To participate in this auction, you can apply till 13th July.

According to experts, the auction held in GDA can be beneficial and a profitable deal for investors. With the increase in population, the demand for land in Ghaziabad is increasing. The prices of these lands may rise further in future. Revenue of about Rs 213 crore was received from the auction of plots held by the authority recently.
