Amethi. With the aim of quick disposal of the complaints of the general public, Complete Solution Day was organized in all four tehsils of the district. Complete Solution Day was organized in Tehsil Gauriganj under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Sanjay Chauhan. During the Total Solution Day, the District Magistrate, after listening to the problems of the complainants, gave instructions to the officers on the spot that the complaints should not be kept pending, the complaints should be taken seriously and their disposal should be ensured on priority basis. He said that quality redressal of the complaints of the general public is our priority. The Chief Minister has also given strict instructions regarding redressal of the complaints of the general public. In case of negligence in disposal of complaints at any level, strict action will be taken against the concerned officer or employee. During the Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas, Superintendent of Police Saravanan T heard the complaints to the police department and gave instructions to the concerned police station chiefs for their disposal. A total of 100 complaints were received in Tehsil Gauriganj, of which 07 were resolved on the spot, 34 complaints were received in Tehsil Musafirkhana, of which 03 were resolved, 26 complaints were received in Tehsil Amethi, of which 01 complaint was resolved and 29 complaints were received in Tehsil Tiloi, of which 04 complaints were resolved and the remaining complaints were pending. Joint teams of police and revenue were sent to the spot for disposal. During the Total Solution Day, the District Magistrate instructed all the district officers to listen to the public problems in their respective offices from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon and ensure that they are resolved on priority basis. During the Complete Solution Day, Sub-Collector Gauriganj Preeti Tiwari, District Development Officer Veerbhanu Singh, Tehsildar Gauriganj and district level officers were present.
