In a noteworthy turn of events, New Zealand has announced who will step in for Kane Williamson in their lineup for the last two Tests against England. This decision follows Kane Williamson's recent retirement from international cricket, marking the end of an incredible journey that lasted over 16 years.

The seasoned batter chose to exit the international scene immediately during New Zealand’s current Test tour of England. As a result, he won’t be participating in the remaining matches of the three-Test series.

In light of Kane Williamson's departure, New Zealand Cricket has confirmed that Will Young will be joining the squad ahead of the second Test. The board shared the news in an official update, welcoming the top-order batter and stating that he would be joining the team as they gear up for the upcoming match.
