Beetroot Paneer Kebab: A Healthy Snack

This kebab made of beetroot and cheese contains protein, fiber, calcium and many essential vitamins, which provide energy to the body and keep the stomach full for a long time.




Ingredients for Beetroot Paneer Kebab


– Beetroot (grated) – 1 cup


– Paneer (grated) – 1/2 cup


– Bread Crumbs – 1/4 cup


– Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon


– Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon


– Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon


– Red chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon


– Salt – as per taste


– Green chilli (finely chopped) – 1 to 2


– Coriander leaves (chopped) – 1 to 2 tbsp


– Oil – to sauté



Beetroot Paneer Kebab Recipe


– Mix beetroot and cheese well in a bowl.


Now add bread crumbs, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, finely chopped green chilli and salt in this bowl and mix well.



– Knead the mixture well. If the mixture seems too wet, add a little more bread crumbs.


Now take small portions of this mixture and make round or tikki shaped kebabs and keep it aside for a few minutes.


– Heat oil on a pan. When the oil is hot, place the kebabs on the pan and cook on medium flame until both sides become golden and crisp. Avoid turning the kebab frequently.


When the kebabs become nicely crisp and golden, take them out on tissue paper to remove excess oil.


– Hot and delicious Beetroot Paneer Kebab is ready, serve it with green chutney.
