Importance and health of kidney


Kidney is a very important organ for our body, which helps in removing the dirt. If dirt accumulates in the kidneys, it can cause stones, high blood pressure and urinary tract problems. The kidneys produce three important hormones: (1) erythropoietin, which helps form red blood cells, (2) calcitriol, which provides calcium for bones, and (3) renin, which helps regulate blood pressure.




Kidney cleansing measures


1. Kidney cleaning is necessary so that it can function properly. Clean kidneys reduce the risk of stones and keep blood pressure under control.


2. Wash coriander leaves thoroughly and cut them into small pieces. Mix coriander and celery in one liter of water and boil. It is beneficial to drink it in the morning on an empty stomach after it cools down.


3. Consumption of ginger is also beneficial. Boil one teaspoon honey, one teaspoon turmeric, and ginger in a glass of water. Then mixing coconut milk and honey in it and drinking it in the morning and evening improves health.


4. Mix Neem, Peepal bark and Gochhur and boil it in half or one liter of water. Filtering it and drinking it on an empty stomach in the morning and evening improves kidney health.
