Work From Home Mode: To work from home, it is very important to have a good office setup, so that one does not miss the office and remains focused on work.
The trend of work from home started during the Corona (Covid-19 Pandemic) pandemic and now it has become the need of the hour. Since then, many important changes have taken place in the job culture. It is not only a compulsion but has also become a part of the lifestyle of millions of people.
Once again Prime Minister Narendra Modi has recommended working from home. But it is also true that there is a difference between going to office and working from home. While going to office to work, we meet new people and get motivated by seeing each other at the place. Work from home becomes boring for a long time. In such a situation, a smart workplace setup will keep you focused on work.
For this, select any one corner of the house. Working while sitting on the bed or sofa causes fatigue in the body quickly and the focus shifts. Select a quiet and well-lit place. If the house is small, then instead of the entire room, make a small corner your work place. A table and comfortable chair can make your work better.
While good lighting will improve your Zoom calls, it’s also good for mental stability. Working in good light causes less strain on the eyes and improves mood. Along with this, take care of the background also. Keep it clean and organized. For this you can also do minimal decor on the table. Like a plant or a photo frame.
In work from home, the same routine and same place gradually starts getting bored. In such a situation, listening to light music while working can be effective. Work can be made less boring with candles or a good diffuser, colorful stationery and a planner.

A chair-table of perfect height is very important for working from home. Sitting in front of a laptop for hours is not at all good for the back, neck and eyes. To avoid this, set the laptop at eye level. This will not cause neck problems. Use cushions on the back of the chair.
If you work from home, include daily stretching in your routine. Take a 3-minute walk after every 30 minutes of sitting. Exercise regularly. Follow a balanced diet including all important nutrients. Make sure you consume fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains, legumes and pulses daily. Avoid spicy, oily, junk, canned and processed foods. Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy weight. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. Do not consume tea and coffee frequently.
