choose raw mangoes
- First of all, take hard, sour and unblemished raw mangoes.
- Wash the mangoes thoroughly. Then peel them.
- Cut the mango lengthwise into thin pieces. The thinner they are, the faster they will dry.
- Spread it on a clean cloth or net and dry it in strong sunlight for 3-5 days. Take care to bring it inside at night so that it does not get damp. The pieces should become crunchy when completely dry.
- Grind the dry pieces finely in the mixer. If you want, filter it and make a very fine powder.
- Keep it in an airtight container. Keep away from moisture—it lasts comfortably all year round.
