Fans of Dominic Chinea have reason to celebrate as The Repair Shop favourite makes his return to television screens.

The BBC star is set to front a brand new spin-off series, I Made it at Market, a follow-up programme to Make it at Market, which first broadcast back in 2023.

Originally, the show featured Dom working alongside a team of business and craft specialists to assist a group of aspiring entrepreneurs in making a living from their crafting passion.

Now, the BBC favourite is catching up with some of the makers who appeared in the original programme, who have since transformed their talents into thriving businesses.

Ahead of the series launch, which is due to air on April 7, the show's official Instagram account shared a preview of what viewers can expect, reports Gloucestershire Live.

The clip featured a variety of individuals showcasing their abilities as a voiceover of Dom could be heard saying: "Our Country is full of incredible makers dreaming of turning their talent into money-making careers."

One snippet showed a woman confessing: "It would mean everything to be able to do this full time."

Dominic went on to outline the premise of the programme, adding: "So, with a team of fantastic professional mentors, I run a one-of-a-kind boot camp, showing them how to do just that.

"Now, I'm on my way to catch up with those who have made their dreams come true."

The BBC star can then be spotted in the teaser chatting with some of those he previously encountered as he learns of their remarkable achievements since they last met.

One individual disclosed: "I've been able to put down a deposit on a house." While another divulged he's earning just shy of £40,000 from his passion.

Dom concluded: "So, join me and meet the fabulous makers who have transformed their lives and made it at market."

It wasn't long before viewers commented on the clip, with numerous enthusiasts delighted to see the programme return to revisit those who featured previously to discover where they are now.

One person who appears on the show remarked: "I can't wait... going to binge them all I think! Had to show the clip of the untidiest part of the workshop didn't you."

Someone else contributed: "Yaaaaassss exactly what we need on the telly right now!" Another posted: "Yay, brilliant, can't wait"

One admirer shared: "Loved watching this here in New Zealand, it was rather inspiring in a way. The basket weavers, wood turners, glass blowers, and ceramic artists were a fave."

While Dominic himself commented: "So proud of all of the makers involved, well done everybody!"

I Made it at Market starts this week on BBC1 on Tuesday 7th April at 15:45.
