Not being able to urinate for a long time: Many times children shy away from going to the toilet. Due to which the amount of urine in their bladder increases and puts pressure on it. Due to this, the muscles that control urine become more active and induce frequent urination.
Bad lifestyle: Consuming excessive fizzy drinks and caffeine can cause frequent urination. Apart from this, chocolate, spicy food and citric acid can also promote this problem.

– Many times children become victims of stress or anxiety due to which they may experience frequent urination. In such a situation, try to reduce the stress of the child.
– If symptoms of diabetes are visible in the child, then get tested and get proper treatment.
– If the child goes to the toilet frequently, then keep an eye on the child.
– Divert the child’s attention when he goes to the toilet more often. Engage him in conversation or cartoons.
– You can get counseling or therapy done for the child.
– Do not put mental pressure on the child.
