Spectral CT Scanner: The 256-slice spectral CT scanner, costing around Rs 20 crore, is the first CT scanner in North India to have always-on spectral imaging technology. With the help of this technology, very clear and accurate examination of the internal organs of the body will be possible in a few seconds. Besides, the amount of radiation has also been kept low, which will further improve the safety of patients.
Neuro Cath Lab: Neuro Cath Lab has also been started in the hospital at a cost of Rs 9 crore. In this lab, advanced treatments for stroke treatment, brain tumor, aneurysm and other serious neurovascular diseases will be possible. More than 1,200 patients per year are expected to benefit from advanced and timely treatment through this lab, thereby reducing the risk of death and disability in neurological emergencies.
Modern Neuro ICU: A modern Neuro ICU and Operation Theater Complex with 16 beds has also been started at a cost of about Rs 2 crore. This Neuro ICU is equipped with advanced patient monitoring systems, specialized operative facilities and trained medical staff to provide holistic and safe care to severe neuro-critical and post-operative patients.
